IINTRO TO STAND UP PADDLE BOARDING ~ OM SUP's Intro to Stand Up Paddle Boarding is designed to introduce the basics of SUP in a fun, safe and mindful way in beautiful Cobourg, Ontario. Your Paddle Canada certified instructor will introduce you to the equipment, safety rules, how to size your paddle, how to carry your board, how to mount and dismount your board safely, basic paddling strokes and play on your board, and local water rules.
INTRO to OM SUP YOGA ~ Newish to SUP AND Yoga? This class is an opportunity to gain more comfort on your floating yoga mat while practicing some basic SUP & Yoga moves (or more challenging if you're game:). You'll also be introduced to some awesome yoga wisdom that can be applied to many areas of your life!
KUNDALINI YOGASUP~ the yoga of awareness. Enjoy the depth and trans-formative qualities that Kundalini Yoga can offer. Meditation, mantra, movement and breathing practices to enhance or pacify your moods, habits and ailments. The kriyas used in Kundalini yoga are specific sets of exercises for particular effects that work on strengthening your nervous system, balancing your glandular system, purifying the body and calming the mind. A yoga experience like no other.
SUNRISE SUP YOGA ~ Morning yoga will draw on the warming energy of the sun and the early morning qualities of the earth. This class is perfectly balanced with an invigorating energizing yet tranquil blend of breath, body movements and fitness paddling to kick start your day and fire up your senses!
SUNSET SUP YOGA~ Evening Yoga weaves a delicious blend of soothing asanas (postures) to relieve your daily stress and cleansing breath awareness that will leave you exercised, relaxed and renewed.
OM SUP BOOT CAMP/FIT ~ Challenge yourself, be bold and have fun in this high energy boot camp style class on your board! Paddle out for some heart warming cardio challenges, body sculpting workouts, and yoga inspired play on your board. Unleash your strength and creativity.
OM SUP YOGA FLOW ~A flowing sequence of your favourite yoga poses and movements.
SUNSET SUP SOCIAL ~ Enjoy some laid back time on the water as you brush up on your new found skills while enjoying a guided paddle into the sunset sky.
Kids LOVE SUP ~ Kids will get a chance to learn all about SUP, safety, equipment, mounting the board, strokes and best of all, having fun on the water while supporting their peers! confident swimmers up to 12 ~ This class will be done in "shallower" waters with the focus on FUN through a blend of yoga poses, games, skill building and mindfulness. *Perfect for families & kids parties ~ Please bring your child's PFD (personal flotation device) for this class. OM 🕉 MY GODDESS Mermaid SUP & Swim~ Get ready to harness your inner mermaid goddess with this beautifully soulful adventure! Transform your sea legs into beautiful mermaid fins for underwater play and photo shoots. Crafted from recycled rubber, these eco-friendly fins are flexible and functional, allowing you to speed through the water like a fish.
OM SUP Day Trippers ~ This 4 hour mini-retreat is a wonderfully unique and healing way to be on the water while exploring and empowering your very best self! You will learn how to SUP and/or hone your skills, set intentions, do yoga, meditate, breathe, play, remove blockages, dance and finish off enjoying a farm-to-table meal on the beach. *Perfect for bridal showers, birthdays, team building or whatever floats your SUP!
HEALING WATERS~ This class is a social paddle intended for people in recovery and life transitions. You'll not only release the body's physical toxins by working to eliminate wastes from the circulatory, digestive and lymph systems of the body through yoga movements, but breathing and meditation techniques to support mental and emotional wellness as well. Make space in your body, mind and life to manifest your intentions by clearing the blocks that challenge your growth....all on your board!

Your safety is our TOP PRIORITY! You may register for another class at another date over the summer.
