Class Descriptions 

Intro Classes

If you are new to SUP you must register for one of our intro classes. 
Intro to SUP
Learn the basics of SUP in a fun, safe and mindful way. Your paddle Canada Certified Instructor will introduce you to the equipment, safety rules and basic paddling strokes to get you out on the water. Register
​Intro to Kids SUP
Your kids will learn the basics of SUP in a safe and fun way. This class is for children between the ages of 4-12. Register

​​Intro to OM SUP
Gain more comfort on your floating yoga mat (paddle board) while participating in some basic SUP and yoga moves. You will also practice awesome yoga wisdom that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Contact us

Yoga SUP Classes

Kundalini Yoga SUP
Known as the yoga of awareness, Kundalini yoga uses meditation, mantra, movement and breathing practices to enhance or pacify your moods, habits and ailments. Contact us

Sunrise SUP Yoga

Sunset SUP Yoga

Mermaid SUP and Swim
Transform your sea legs into a beautiful mermaid fins. Crafted from recycled rubber, these eco-friendly fins are flexible and functional, allowing you to speed through the water like a fish. Commemorate your time as a mermaid with a photo shoot for you and your fellow merpeople. Contact us to book your event

OM SUP Day Trippers 
Perfect for bridal showers, birthdays, team building or whatever floats your SUP. This four-hour mini-retreat is a unique and healing way to spend some time on the water with a group. You'll kick off the day developing or honing your SUP skills, then move into a yoga practice on your board, focusing on popular poses, meditating and setting new intentions. Of course, there will also be time for play. When you paddle in there will be a farm to table meal waiting for you on the beach. Contact us to book your event

Healing Waters 
This social paddle helps you to release your body's physical toxins by eliminating waste from the circulatory, digestive and lymph systems through yoga movements, breathing and meditation techniques that support mental and emotional wellness. Clearing these blocks will make space in your body, mind and life to manifest positive intentions. This class is for people in recovery from life transitions.
